Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cab Sauv embodies the quintessence of fine winemaking. Step into the realm of rich, medium/heavy-bodied red wines and revel in the sheer pleasure of creation.
Corvina / Valpolicella Amarone
The Corvina is a Heavy-Bodied Red. Often described as a balanced wine, with structured tannins . To give that Amarone flavor you can opt to add red wine raisins. This will add to the sweetness of the wine and richness of taste.
Grenache
Grenache is known for its berry flavors of bright strawberries and raspberries and notes of white pepper. Its playfulness is almost candy like. A fun wine for the dinner table.
Malbec
An easy to drink wine with or without food. Similar to a Merlot, with an added spice and acidity that makes it seem less polished. Truly a wine for all seasons.
Merlot
Merlot, which in French means The Little Blackbird, is the second most popular red grape in America.
These wines are often said to have a plummy taste and notes of chocolate. It’s also considered to be smooth and very easy to drink.
Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is a medium bodied, balanced wine with richness and elegance. Flavor profile includes red berries, cherries with hints of mushroom. Excellent with grilled salmon or any mushroom dish
Shiraz
Rich with a symphony of berries, pepper and smocked meat. This full body red is rich and robust.
Sangiovaese
Embrace the taste of Tuscany. If you prefer a wine that is more robust, medium to heavy bodied, earthy and rustic then this wine is for you. With dominant tannins and notes of cherries and strawberries this wine will be a treat at the dinner table.
Tempranillo
A balanced taste with a smooth finish. Medium to heavy bodied. Rich and satisfying.

Pinot Grigio

Chardonnay

Gewurztraminer
An aromatic wine that embodies the semi-dry, fragrant essence of the renowned Gewurztraminer grape. Our Gewurztraminer has spicy and floral characteristics that is pleasing and satisfying.

Fruit Wines, Rosé & Port
Fruit Wines
We have an abundance of fruit wines. Both in house and readily available on order. Truthfully too many to list. If fruit wine is your desire, call us. We’ll either have it, or can get it quickly.
Rosé / Blush
Zinfandel Blush is often considered a rosé, as it is known to have a distinctively sweet profile.
Rosé wines, including White Zinfandel, are made by juicing red grapes and briefly soaking the juice with skins, typically for 2-3 days, to achieve the pink color.
The process creates a rosé wine with unique characteristics, differing from simply blending red and white wines, which is generally not practiced in quality winemaking
