The decision to raise my family in small town Ontario is likely the best decision I have ever made.  We moved here 12 years ago and absolutely love St. Marys.  This town has something special.   As an entrepreneur, I wanted to join the downtown business community.   When my friend and fellow wine maker, Becky, mentioned she might sell, I jumped at the chance to own Carpe Vinum.  

I changed the name to Carpe Vinum Wine & Gifts Ltd,  and did some renovations.

My overall goal is to continue to serve the existing client base while acting as a “make your own wine ambassador”.  Wine making today is not what it was.  No more homemade taste.   We make wine that is comparable the average wine at the store. Try it.  I hope you love it as much as I do.
